The selection process involves a review of each applicant's employment application and resume, if provided, to identify those who appear to possess the relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. Candidates who successfully pass this step in the process will be asked to participate in additional assessment steps, such as an oral interview, work sample, etc.
