Thank you for your interest in the Florida Department of Corrections’ internship opportunities. As you may be aware, the Department is considered a national pacesetter among government and criminal justice agencies and committed to evidence-based and “best-practices” in corrections and government service.
Our interns will be placed under the supervision of a correctional professional who will work with them to develop a meaningful opportunity to utilize their academic knowledge and skills in a professional work setting. Our internships require a commitment of a minimum of one academic semester/term.
