Technical training, employability skill development, and industry-recognized credentialing are integrated into the CTE programs and ensure incarcerated individuals are job-ready upon release. Once you join the FDC, there are many career advancement steps that progress from CTE teacher, Regional CTE Coordinator and CTE Administrator.
